Cranberry juice: an ally in the prevention of cystitis

Today we talk about the disease that affects at least once a year a woman in three and the remedies to prevent it and treat it. In particular, a study conducted in 2016 by Professor Kevin C Maki of the Midwest Center for Metabolic & Cardiovascular Research in Chicago concluded that consumption of cranberry juice reduces episodes of cystitis in women who had a recent history of episodes UTIs (urinary tract infections).
